Nearly killed me! I’d had enough after the first round, had to dig deep to keep going.Took me 39.38mins to finish.Wasn’t sure what weight to use on the thrusters so used the standard 42.5kgs. Made the thrusters harder by having to go ass to wall-ball on each rep.Took me ages but each squat thruster was perfect—some solace in that. Only bummer was on the dips, had to scale them after round 3—-had to boost off one toe to make the reps. 🙁Was buzzing all night, massive endorphin rush!!! melita on July 11, 2012 at 8:24 pm Awesome!
