Many of us have seen the snatch being performed at the Olympics (even if we didn’t know what it was called). And most of us have never even dared to think of trying this seemingly impossible combination of skill, speed, and strength. However, with a little bit of practice this is one of the most rewarding CrossFit movements and it’s extremely satisfying when one gets the hang of this technique.

A good place to start is with the warm-up movements named after Coach Burgener:
