If you’re new to CrossFit you must complete an introductory class.
The Intro classes are designed for people of all backgrounds and skill levels and are usually run in small groups on Monday nights at 7:30pm. Other times can be arranged if Monday night is impossible to make.
When you attend these sessions, our coaches will:
• Introduce you to the CrossFit style of training and run through the gym etiquette
• Teach you the 9 foundational CrossFit movements
• Discuss “scaling” movements, when an individual is unable to perform a movement
• Take you through an example CrossFit workout or WOD (i.e. Workout of the Day)
