Book your intro class
Book your into session (Saturday @ 10AM) and start your trial week. When you attend these sessions, our coaches will:
- Introduce you to the CrossFit style of training and run through gym etiquette
- Teach you some of the foundational CrossFit movements
- Discuss scaling movements, when an individual is unable to perform a movement
- Take you through an example CrossFit workout or WOD (Workout of the Day)
