Book your intro class

Book your into session (Saturday @ 10AM) and start your trial week. When you attend these sessions, our coaches will:

  • Ask you about your goals.
  • Help you understand the science behind our training.
  • Free movement screening, typically worth $60-$90.
  • Improved execution of the major lifts i.e. squat, deadlift.
  • A moderate intensity workout.

$230/for 10
  • 10 session passes available to experienced CrossFitters.
  • Valid for 3 months

$25/ per class
  • Ideal for those coming in once a week, or for a short period of time
