Simply put, in layman’s terms, is that at CrossFit we perform functional movements. Exercises that replicate movements used on a day to day basis in real life. eg. squats, lifts etc.
Every time you walk into CrossFit Blackburn our coaches will have a workout programmed for you that will challenge you in many different ways. There will be different movements, different time domains (long, medium & short workouts) & different fitness modalities (cardio, weightlifting, gymnastics, etc).
How do we do this?
By applying the 10 General Physical Skills that CrossFit promotes within our WOD’s.
