Performance Group 

These are High Performance classes which are designed for members who want to focus on competition style training. A separate and dedicated space is used for our performance athletes. If you’re interested in this style of training, please feel free to come down and check it out.

Our Coaches will assess you before you enter these High Performance Classes.

Some example’s of  programming for a typical class:

1) deadlift 5,5,5,5,3,3,3,3,1,1,1,1 up to 80% (WEIGHT)
2) alt. mins for 12min: 10 cal assault bike/handstand walk (M’S)
3) Metcon – for time
1-4 reps: muscle up/d’ball lunge @65/45
5-8 reps: toes to bar/d’ball lunge @55/35
9-12 reps: chest to bar/d’ball lunge @45/23 (TIME)

Performance Class Schedule Our Performance classes are available at all the same times our regular CrossFit Classes are being run. Timetable is available for download from the Timetables page.
